Bringing it all together: creating a resilient high-performing team

Real life examples relevant to General Practice are explored, with space to reflect on progress and celebrate achievements.
Benefits: stronger team cohesion, sustainable leadership practices, and embedded learning.
Programme frequency
The PM Leadership development programme runs annually.
It is delivered through six modules, run monthly on a consecutive basis. Each module builds on the last, allowing participants to develop their leadership skills, confidence, and strategic capability over time within the context of Practice Management.
As part of the programme, participants also receive three one-to-one coaching sessions, providing dedicated space to reflect on their leadership role, explore challenges in confidence, and support individual development alongside the group learning.
Following the core modules, participants are offered the opportunity to form an Action Learning Set, supporting continued reflection, peer learning, and leadership development in practice.
Expressions of interest are typically invited in early March, with the programme commencing in April. Exact dates, and time commitments are confirmed as part of the Expressions of Interest process.
How to register interest
Places on the PM Leadership Development Programme are allocated via an Expressions of Interest (EOI) process, rather than through the Service Enquiry Form.
When dates are confirmed and the EOI window opens, the programme will be listed on our Events Page, where you’ll find full programme details and a link to the Expression of Interest form.
Expressions of Interest typically close on a Friday, with selected participants notified the following week. Please note that submitting and Expression of Interest does not guarantee a place on the programme. Demand often exceeds available please, and selection is based on the information provided to ensure a balanced and effective cohort.
All applicants will be informed of the outcome once the selection process has concluded.
