Future Leaders in General Practice

Supporting the next generation of future leaders.

Overview

The Future Leaders in General Practice Programme is designed to support individuals who are beginning to explore leadership roles within General Practice or who wish to develop the confidence, skills, and self-awareness needed to lead well in the future.

Leadership in General Practice takes many forms – clinical, managerial, educational, and system facing. This programme provides protected space to step back from day-to-day pressures, reflect on leadership practice, and develop the foundations required to lead teams, influence change, and work sustainably in complex environments.
