PM Leadership Development Programme ‘Creating High Performing Teams’

The Expressions of Interest Form will close at 17:00 on Monday 23rd March. Please note that completing this form does not guarantee a place on the programme and selected participants will be notified once the review process has been completed. Meanwhile, please hold the dates in your diary.

Programme Contribution Fee

To support the continued delivery and sustainability of this programme, we are introducing a participant contribution for 2026. The total cost of delivering the programme is approximately £1,500 per participant. The LMC will subsidise the majority of this cost; however, we are asking practices to contribute £250 per participant towards the overall programme fee.

By submitting the Expression of Interest form above, applicants confirm that they have discussed their participation with the Practice Partners and either have approval for the £250 contribution to fund the programme or are willing to self-fund. We appreciate that in some circumstances funding approval may be difficult to secure, if you are experiencing challenges obtaining partnership confirmation and would value a confidential discussion, please contact the LMC office at [email protected]

Details of how to pay the £250 programme contribution will be shared upon confirmation of your place.

Attendance and Cancellation Policy

Participants will need to confirm their availability to attend all six sessions of the programme. It is essential to commit to the entire series, as it is not a pick-and-choose arrangement. We emphasise the importance of having protected time to fully engage and benefit from the programme.

Please note that if a place is confirmed and the attendee does not attend, or if a cancellation is made with less than 7 days’ notice, a £100 non-attendance charge will apply.
