The purpose of this service is to help GPs explore a range of bespoke, flexible, and individually tailored career options that may not be immediately visible through traditional recruitment routes. By offering personalised conversations, professional guidance, and thoughtful matching with suitable practices or alternative roles, the service aims to help GPs find fulfilling opportunities that align with their skills, interests, and work–life aspirations. Ultimately, it seeks to prevent valued clinicians from leaving the profession by connecting them with roles that better suit their needs and encouraging long‑term career satisfaction within Devon.
Who is this service for?

Step 1

To sign up, complete and submit the ‘Portfolio Form’ indicating those career paths which are of interest.

 

Step 2

Receive an automated email listing your ‘matched practices’; those offering relevant opportunities. The email will also signpost you to further information and support which may be helpful and of interest.

 

Step 3

Connect with your ‘matched’ practices; as a member of this service you will continue to be notified as and when new opportunities become available.

 

Step 4

Once ‘matched’ please contact Devon LMC to deregister, you will still have access to all of our routine services, but no longer receive automated emails pertaining to this bespoke service.
