Response times
We aim to respond to emails sent to our office inbox within 48 hours. During periods of high demand, responses may take slightly longer, but we will always respond as soon as we are able.

Please note that our team does not use NHSmail.
If you are attaching documents to your email, please ensure they do not contain any patient identifiable information and are fully redacted where necessary. Any emails or attachments received that contain patient identifiable data will be permanently deleted and we will contact you to request that the information is resent in a fully redacted format. This may result in a delay to our team reviewing your enquiry.
