An opportunity has arisen to join our busy but friendly Practice at Albany Surgery. This role includes medical secretarial/senior administration duties. This is a varied role, providing support to the Practice Manager, Doctors, and the Practice team.

If you have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills with a diverse range of people, hardworking and enthusiastic and experience working within a GP Practice or similar environment you may wish to learn more about this exciting and challenging role.

 

We are looking for a person with good interpersonal skills, and the ability to work as part of a team as well as independently. A high level of verbal/written communication with excellent IT skills. The candidate must be well organised and be able to prioritise and deal with varied and often heavy workload. A sense of humour is essential, and willingness to undertake training a necessity.

We are a busy GP Practice based in the heart of Newton Abbot, led by 5 GP Partners and a friendly management team. We are looking to expand our current team. We are a hard working team who support each other in a very busy and fast moving environment, servicing the needs of our patients. We are also able to offer the NHS pension scheme after a successful completion of a 6 month probationary period, uniform will be provided.
